If I joined your company, what kind of works will I take part in?
We’d like you to support your senior’s projects after you’ve finished your job training, depending on your profession. We’ll gradually decide which project you’ll be in charge while you’re supporting your seniors. You can attend some meetings or you can accompany some shootings as soon as you join our company, in order to gain various experiences.
Is there any projects to utilize English? Do I need any English skills?
Some of the projects might need English skills. High level of English is not necessarily needed, but it could be one of your important tools to be a business person.
Can I telework or work from home?
We’re basically working at office excluding those who wish to telework.
But we’re thinking of switching to the teleworking, depending on the situation
I’d like to know about the female member’s working style those who are married, and have babies.
There are some staff who are on maternity leave, childcare leave, or working from home to take care of their children. After the childcare leave, they can choose their working hours flexibly depending on their life styles. They also have a choice to work from home for family reasons.
How do you evaluate your working members?
We set goals / KPI / actions twice a year and have an interview with our boss for feedback, to connect to the next actions. Your result will be reflected on your bonus and your promotion.
Is there any dress codes in your office?

Is your company a workplace where female can play an active role?
You have equal chances to promote regardless of your gender. A lot of female members working actively in our design team, for instance. What we value is your efforts to brush yourself up.
Are you taking measures against the coronavirus?

We have a clean and comfortable working space to concentrate on our projects. We clean our office every morning and grow plants for a better working environment. There are a lot of young members who’re unique, and we think here as a workplace with a friendly atmosphere. Is there any probationary period after joining your company?
Yes, we have approximately 3~6 months of probation from your joining date. After you finished the probation, we have an interview in order to avoid mismatches, and we decide your position after that.
What kind of trainings or systems in your company?
We have a training for new employees, skill-up training, security training, and other external seminar or support system for gaining qualifications. About how long could I take holidays?
We usually take weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays or its substitute holidays. You can take more than 120 days of holidays a year. If you have a shooting on weekends, you can take a compensatory holiday for that. We also have paid holidays 6 months after joining our company. I’d like to know about the salaries of your company.
We basically take a monthly salary system. We decide your salary by judging your age, experience and skill comprehensively after the consultation.
Is there any overtime works or holiday works in your company?
Yes, we have some overtime works (including holiday works) if necessary, but it depends on your department or job roles. A monthly average overtime works of our employees is approximately 25~30 hours. You can take a compensatory holiday if we asked you to work on weekend.
Is there any support systems to keep working while raising children?
Yes, you can change your working style flexibly using short-time work system choosing your available days, and also you can use working-at-home support system to suit your life plan. Is there any systems for disease prevention or medical check-up?
Yes, we have annual medical check-up (including check-up to prevent lifestyle disease for those who’re more than 35 years old) and influenza vaccination subsidies. We also have regular stocks of household medicines and first-aid kit.
Do you have flextime systems?

I’d like to know about the maternity leave in your company.
You can take 6 weeks holidays before childbirth, and 8 weeks holidays after childbirth. Basically, you can take childcare leave until your child turns one year old to 2 years old at longest.
Is it possible to have a job interview online?
Yes. You can be interviewed from where you’re able to connect to the Internet using Teams, Skype, or zoom. If you live in faraway from our office, or if you’re too busy to come, please feel free to let us know.
Does work experience affect your employment screening?
No, your work experience will not be the criteria for selection. Actually, our members have various types of work experiences and most of them work actively in our office.
I’d like to know where the interview venue and CIS take place. Are transportation expenses covered if the interviewee lives in distance?
We don’t have any CIS, but if you’d like to have, please let us know. We hold our job interviews in our office or online. If you live in distance, you can have an interview online if you’d like to. Please don’t hesitate to contact us too. Unfortunately, we don’t provide any transportation allowances.
What kind of job interviews do you conduct?
We have an interview in our meeting room, and you’ll be interviewed by 2 or 3 members. If you’d like to apply for the designer or creative jobs, please take your portfolio with you in order to talk about your works. We basically have a first and second interview online at the moment. How could I submit my work to your company?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any observation proposals at the moment. Since we handle confidential information in our works, no one who’re not our employees can enter our office.
Is it possible to visit the alumni of our school for career advice?
We’re sorry but we do not accept any alumni visits in general. But there’s no problem to contact our office members through your research groups or placement office in your university, if you’d like to.
