lunch meeting
For the purpose of employee interaction, BOEL purchases boxed lunches once every two weeks and everyone has lunch together. By interacting across team boundaries, casual conversation can lead to ideas and a change of pace.
Dinner Party
We usually go to eat Unagi or Genghis Khan when we finalize a project. It's an enjoyable moment being relieved from tension.
Shooting
We work together to shoot PR movie and CM for our clients, arranging a rent-a-car and equipment. Occasionally, we have product shooting in our office studio too.
