CIP has a strength supported by years of experiences on real estate business, and their knowledgeable staff. They renewed the corporate slogan on their 10th anniversary, and the website was also fully renewed in order to reflect their attitude to step forward.

After 10 years of experiences, there was an urgent need for CIP to strengthen their brand in order to be the brand worthy of evaluation. Standing at a turning point of 10th anniversary, they needed to re-build the brand concept and renew their slogan to survive the next 10 years.

Let the Shared Values Sink In
CIP’s corporate slogan “Making city, making future” represents their enthusiasm as a general developer to challenge. We discussed carefully about the idea of their new slogan and website with as many CIP’s staff as they could, since we’d like them all to take the initiative in this project. By interviewing each one of the staff about the image of the company and settling them together, we succeeded to let the shared values sink into the company and their employees.
Results
Being an Organization that Can Foster Culture
Since the employees could share the same values by pervading their brand vision, CIP’s working environment was getting better to be an organization that can foster culture. By renewing the brand slogan, they could clarify their vision and noticed that their original motivation has also passed down to the future through the branding development.
