A web designer will be in charge of making interactive contents and visual design of the Websites and Web apps. You'll also implement the Websites and framework, design the interactive contents by coding.

You'll experience a real sense of accomplishment when the designs you made with your clients go public.
BOEL Inc. usually gets job offers directly from the clients without going through the agencies. So, the designers have a plenty of chances to communicate with the clients by interviewing or making presentations. JOB DESCRIPTION

Making Websites, Web apps, and the image of branding projects
Coding (using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
Graphic design, Interactive design
Communicating with the clients, your partner, and your team
Corroborating with the creative teams and technical teams

ABILITY

You can make good relationship with the clients and can lead your project team to the goal.
You can explain why the design / creative work / CX are indispensable for the business growth.
You have coding skills to make Websites using HTML5, CSS3.
You are eager to communicate with others.
You like to know the trend and can apply to our work.
You have the skills of developing UI concepts, UI wireframe design, and UI graphic design
You have skills of UI prototyping tools (ex: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma )

EXPERIENCE

Designing experience (more than 2 years)
Experience of developing using Git with a team of 2~5 people
Coding skills to make websites (ex: HTML5, CSS3)
Implementation experiences of UI design / UX design
Experience of contents developing using JavaScript framework

WORKING CONDITION

Full-time employees (with 3months probationary period)

WORKING HOURS

10:00 - 19:00 (8hours a day / with overtime)

PROCESS

The result will be shown within 1 weeks ~ 2 weeks.

Step2Interview

You'll have the interviews with our staffs. Please let us know about you.
The time of the interview will be 60~90 mins, and we'll have it several times.
The result will be shown within 1 weeks.

Step3Assignment / Aptitude Test

You'll have some assignments and aptitude tests depending on your situation or the types of your job.

Step4Final Interview

You'll have a final interview according to your results of the assignments and aptitude tests. It can be held several times depending on the situation.
The result will be shown within 1 weeks ~ 2 weeks.
