We BOEL Inc. (hereinafter called “we”), strive to have good relationships between the customers and the brands including the company's services or the products. In this relationship, the value of the personal information is increasing rapidly due to the advancement of gathering and dispatching information. Therefore, we think it is necessary to handle each information from these two points perspectives as follows;

Personal Information Protection Policy
We comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other policies in Japan when we deal with client's / employee's personal information.
We clarify the purpose of using the information when to use, and we never misuse it unnecessarily.
We prohibit use for purposes other than the specified purpose and take measures for that.
We do not offer any personal information to outsiders, excluding the case when we obtain the consent of the principal, or when it is permitted by the law.
If we get any claims or consultations on personal information, we'll investigate the facts promptly and deal with it sincerely.
We devise safety measures on organization / person / physical / technique to handle each personal information properly, and we strive to protect it from leaking, damaging or losing.
We improve our actions to protect personal information based on the current social situations and environmental changes by reviewing out its management systems continuously.

5. Provision to a Third Party
We do not offer personal information to a third party without principal's consent excluding the cases when the usage is permitted by the law or it meets the requirements below;
When the usage is permitted by the law
When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to receive a consent of the principal
When it is necessary for public health improvement or healthy growth of children, and it is difficult to receive a consent of the principal
When the government or LPA calls for the provision and it'll help to deliver their works determined by the law, and when the consent of the principle can interfere with their performance
When the person in question call for disclosure to a third party
When the Court / Public Prosecutors Office / Police call for disclosure based on the proper procedures
When we need to offer personal information to a third party for a merger or succession of a business, and it is handled within the range of former purpose of use
When we receive an inquiry about our group company as “4-1 Information of the clients” mentioned above
If we need to offer information for a reason other than listed above, we will inform what / why we should do that, and it is carried out only after we get consent from the principal.
6. Personal Information Related to the minors
We do not get / use personal information of the minors without the consent of their parents. In the case when you find the minors to offer their information without the consent of their parents, please let us know promptly.
7. Security Control Measures
We take measures as follows to keep your personal information in safety.
Regarding the Security Control of Handling the Personal Data
We formulate the office regulations on the handling of the personal data, the person in charge / responsible, and their roles.
Company Safety Management Measures
We appoint “Personal Information Protection Manager” as a responsible one to manage our information, and we overhaul its management system to control in-house personal information protection.
Besides, we drive our employees to comply with our company rules on safety management measures, and if any problem occurs, we will understand the situation promptly and will make an accurate judgement to deal with.
Furthermore, if we subcontract work to other companies, we'll choose outsourcers that will ensure safety management of personal information and supervise them according to our company's rule.
Human Safety Management Measures
We hold educational and awareness-raising activities regularly to all the employees (ex: annual E-learning on information security including personal information) in order to make them understand the importance of the information security, legal requirement, management, rules, and measures in case of violation. We promote compliance with each regulation and rules to handle personal information properly.
Physical / Technological Safety Management Measures
In the field that treat personal data, we introduce entrance / exit management to all the workers. We also take anti-theft security system to protect equipment, data and media including personal information. Besides, we take measures for access control on information systems that handle personal information, for computer virus, for malware, and for surveillance network system.
After the retention period provided by the law to perform a task, we will delete every personal data properly.
Understanding the External Environment
In the case we transfer and store your personal information abroad, we will deal with it according to the law, and will enforce our safety management after understanding the county's personal information protection systems.
8. Procedures for Disclosure and Correction
We comply with your request to correct your information and suspend offering it to a third party (hereinafter called “disclosure”) if we find it is contrary to the fact regarding the disclosure of the data, purpose of use, and the content of the information. If you'd like to know how to claim correction, please contact our help desk below. We'll send you documents (*) prescribed by our company. After that, please send the documents back with your required documents. We'll do disclosure / correction procedures after we verified your identity.
As for the disclosure method, you can choose one from the following; we send documents by post / you can access by our storage services using electromagnetic devices.
Please note that the handling fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) for each disclosure order is also applied. If you'd like to pay by bank transfer, please burden bank transfer fee at your expense.

You need your driver's license or passport to verify your identity with your picture.If you don't have neither, you need more than 2 documents from the (2) category.

In Case of the Legal Representative
If you are a minor or you are an adult ward legal representative, you need both of the principal's documents and the representative's documents from the (1) category. You also need at least one document to confirm that you have the right of legal representation (Certificate of Individual Records / Health Insurance Card / Certificate of Registered Matters).
In Case of the Representative You Entrusted
If you are the representative, you need both of your principal's documents and your own documents from (1) category, and the proxy prescribed by our company also.
