With its roots in producing well-known television programs and other entertainment content, ZUNO has evolved into a team of professionals that supports diverse business ventures with creative leadership and strategic thinking. To communicate their innovative spirit and track record, we led a corporate branding project to define and express the new ZUNO brand. By bringing their story and credibility to the forefront, we redesigned their corporate website and provided DX support to streamline their operations—building a solid foundation for ZUNO’s next chapter from both brand and business perspectives.

A brilliant team without a clear identity—disconnect between brand and user experience

ZUNO leverages its creative and executive expertise, developed through years of TV production, to provide unique, high-level services such as the “Nyuusatsu-Ou” (Bid King) system for public procurement and hands-on business support for startups and SMEs. However, despite the scale and trust ZUNO had built, their website and branding failed to reflect their true capabilities. For new clients or potential recruits, it was difficult to understand what ZUNO actually did at first glance. In many ways, the corporate website acted as a bottleneck, rather than an entry point, to the business.

A unified approach to branding and DX to support business growth

We began by re-examining ZUNO’s core business pillars, the founder’s philosophy, and the professional expertise of the team. We redefined their brand identity around a simple, powerful message: “Win with brainpower.” This was translated into a visual and verbal system that immediately conveyed ZUNO’s story. The website structure was optimized for B2B marketing and clear service pathways, with special emphasis on their flagship product, Nyuusatsu-Ou. Other support services were also clearly positioned. A low-maintenance CMS and SEO-friendly architecture were implemented to ensure easy updates and long-term scalability.

The new website successfully communicates the brand image of ZUNO as a collective of professionals who “win with their brains.” Since its launch, key service pages—including Nyuusatsu-Ou—have seen a steady increase in traffic, and both the quality and quantity of inquiries have improved. By clearly communicating their mission and business scope, ZUNO has strengthened trust among stakeholders and enhanced their reputation in the market. This project went beyond a simple website renewal—it was a comprehensive corporate branding and DX transformation.
