If I joined your company, what kind of works will I take part in?

A

We’d like you to support your senior’s projects after you’ve finished your job training, depending on your profession. We’ll gradually decide which project you’ll be in charge while you’re supporting your seniors. You can attend some meetings or you can accompany some shootings as soon as you join our company, in order to gain various experiences.

Is there any projects to utilize English? Do I need any English skills?

A

Some of the projects might need English skills. High level of English is not necessarily needed, but it could be one of your important tools to be a business person.

Can I telework or work from home?

A

We’re basically working at office excluding those who wish to telework.
But we’re thinking of switching to the teleworking, depending on the situation

I’d like to know about the female member’s working style those who are married, and have babies.

A

There are some staff who are on maternity leave, childcare leave, or working from home to take care of their children. After the childcare leave, they can choose their working hours flexibly depending on their life styles. They also have a choice to work from home for family reasons.

How do you evaluate your working members?

A

We set goals / KPI / actions twice a year and have an interview with our boss for feedback, to connect to the next actions. Your result will be reflected on your bonus and your promotion.

Is there any dress codes in your office?

A

You can basically wear clothes as you like, but please refrain from wearing clothes that are too rough or too revealing in order not to make others unpleasant just in case. Please make sure to dress appropriately. If you’d like to know more about our rules, please check our “SUPPORT” page.

I’d like to know your office’s gender ratio and average age.

A

We have 4 male members, and 7 female members. The average age is 28, and there are several members who are 25~30 years old. If you’d like to know more about our information, please check our “DATA” page.

Is your company a workplace where female can play an active role?

A

You have equal chances to promote regardless of your gender. A lot of female members working actively in our design team, for instance. What we value is your efforts to brush yourself up.

Are you taking measures against the coronavirus?

A

We’re wearing masks in our office and when we go out, practicing social distance. We’re also making sure to wash our hands and gargle. We sanitize our desks, doorknobs, and where we frequently touch every morning. If you’d like to know more, please check “What We Can Do Now” in our “NEWS” page.

A

Our basic idea is that all members go forward steadily doing what we can do. Therefore, we value your attitude to do your works respectfully.

Please let me know about the benefits and employee welfare after I joined your company.

A

We have a pay raise once a year (depending on the evaluation twice a year), and have a bonus twice a year (in 2020). About the employee welfare, we carry out various systems to make your work-life balance better. If you’d like to know more, please check our “CAREER” page.

I’d like to know about BOEL’s working environment.

A

We have a clean and comfortable working space to concentrate on our projects. We clean our office every morning and grow plants for a better working environment. In our meeting room, we have not only meetings with the clients, but also, we have some internal meetings and weekly lunch meetings to communicate with each other besides work. Is it possible to take the post I desire after joining your company?

A

We’ll decide which post you should take depending on your wishes, your skills and experiences. We value our “mission” to contribute to our society through our works, pursing the client’s profit. You have a chance to challenge various types of work making use of your skills and experiences in our company.

I’d like to know about the atmosphere of your office.

A

There are a lot of young members who’re unique, and we think here as a workplace with a friendly atmosphere. We place emphasis on independence and spontaneity in our company, so those who raise their hand to speak would get their chance of receiving recognition regardless of their age or experiences. You have a chance to achieve a better position if you have a strong will to do so.

Is there any probationary period after joining your company?

A

Yes, we have approximately 3~6 months of probation from your joining date. After you finished the probation, we have an interview in order to avoid mismatches, and we decide your position after that.
