Is it possible to have a job interview online?

A

Yes. You can be interviewed from where you’re able to connect to the Internet using Teams, Skype, or zoom. If you live in faraway from our office, or if you’re too busy to come, please feel free to let us know.

Does prior work experience play a role in the hiring process?

A

No, your work experience will not be the criteria for selection. Actually, our members have various types of work experiences and most of them work actively in our office.

Q

I’d like to ask about the location of the information session and where the interviews will be conducted? Will transportation expenses be provided for interviews if the applicant lives far away?

A

We do not currently hold company information sessions, but we are happy to arrange one upon request. We hold our job interviews in our office or online. If you live in distance, you can have an interview online if you’d like to. Please don’t hesitate to contact us too. We do not provide transportation expenses for interviews.

What format will the interview be conducted in?

A

We have an interview in our meeting room, and you’ll be interviewed by 2 or 3 members. If you’d like to apply for the designer or creative jobs, please take your portfolio with you in order to talk about your works. We basically have a first and second interview online at the moment. Please make sure to check your Internet connection environment to attend.

Please tell me the procedure for submitting my portfolio (or work samples).

A

You are free to submit your work in any format, such as a website, PDF, or printed materials. Please choose the format that best showcases your work and achievements effectively.
If you have a website with examples of your web design or development work, please submit the URL in advance using the application entry form.

Are there any required experience, technical skills, or certifications?

A

They’re not absolutely required, but we will hire those who can hit the ground running regardless of their experiences or skills. If you’d like to know more about the experiences and skills to be useful in our company, please check our “JOB OPENINGS” page.

How do you handle and manage personal information such as application documents and resumes?

A

We will handle all of the personal information we get from the applicants properly according to our privacy policies. If you’d like to know more, please check our “PRIVACY POLICY” page.

Since I’m working on weekdays, is it possible to have your interview on weekends or after hours?

A

Yes, we can arrange your appointment for an interview on weekends or at night, as far as we can. We’ll respond flexibly to your needs.

Is there any dress-codes for the interview?

A

No, basically there’s no dress-codes for the interview. Wearing suits are not absolutely required, but please make sure to dress appropriately.

Do I need to submit my health certificate, (expected) graduation certificate, or academic transcript?

A

Yes, generally we ask you to submit them as the required documents for application. If you have any difficulties for that, please let us know beforehand.

Q

Is it possible for non-Japanese nationals to apply for the position?

A

Yes, we accept applications regardless of nationality. However, depending on the position, proficiency in Japanese may be required.
