- The Company acquires, uses, and provides Specific Personal Information, etc. only within the scope of affairs prescribed by laws and regulations.
- The Company implements necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized use, and other incidents involving Specific Personal Information, etc.
- When outsourcing the handling of Specific Personal Information, etc., the Company appropriately selects contractors and exercises necessary and appropriate supervision through contracts and other measures.
- The Company responds appropriately and promptly to complaints and consultations concerning the handling of Specific Personal Information, etc.
- The Company continuously reviews and improves its internal rules and management system for handling Specific Personal Information, etc.

The Company uses acquired Specific Personal Information, etc. only for the following affairs:- Affairs related to income tax, withholding tax, and payment records
- Affairs related to local taxes, including resident tax
- Affairs related to employment insurance
- Affairs related to health insurance and employees' pension insurance
- Affairs related to notification of Category III insured persons under the National Pension system
- Affairs related to preparation of statutory payment records for remuneration, fees, contract money, and similar payments
- Other affairs requiring the entry of individual numbers under laws and regulations
- Provision to Third Parties
Except where required or permitted by law, the Company does not provide Specific Personal Information, etc. to third parties. The Company handles such information only to the extent necessary in cases permitted by law, such as outsourcing of operations, merger or other business succession, and responses to requests from the Personal Information Protection Commission. - Outsourcing
The Company may outsource all or part of affairs related to Specific Personal Information, etc. In such cases, the Company confirms the contractor's security management system, enters into contracts and other agreements concerning the handling of Specific Personal Information, etc., and exercises necessary and appropriate supervision. If subcontracting is performed, the Company manages it appropriately in accordance with laws, regulations, and contracts. - Retention and Disposal
The Company promptly deletes or disposes of Specific Personal Information, etc. by methods that prevent restoration after the retention period required by law or business operations has expired.
The Company implements necessary and appropriate security control measures based on internal rules at each stage of acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal of Specific Personal Information, etc.
If leakage, loss, damage, or a similar incident involving Specific Personal Information, etc. occurs or is suspected, the Company appropriately confirms the facts, identifies the scope of impact, reports to relevant authorities, notifies affected individuals, and implements recurrence prevention measures in accordance with laws and internal rules. - Disclosure and Other Requests, Complaints, and Consultations
