Security Policy

BOEL Inc. (the "Company") protects information assets handled in connection with branding, design, website and digital content planning, production and operation, consulting, and other services provided by the Company, recognizing such assets as important management assets.
To maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets and to meet the trust of customers, business partners, employees, and society, the Company operates an information security management system and works on continuous improvement.

1. Compliance with Laws and Contracts
   The Company complies with laws, regulations, standards, contractual obligations, and internal rules related to information security.
2. Protection of Information Assets
   The Company implements controls according to risk in order to protect information, systems, devices, networks, cloud services, media, documents, and other information assets owned or handled by the Company from leakage, tampering, loss, damage, unauthorized use, unauthorized access, and similar incidents.
3. Organizational Structure
   The Company establishes a responsibility structure for information security and appropriately implements handling of information assets, access authority management, contractor management, incident response, education, audits, and improvements.
4. Education and Awareness
   The Company continuously provides necessary education and awareness activities so that officers, employees, contractors, and other relevant parties understand the importance of information security and act appropriately.
5. Management of Contractors and External Services
   When outsourcing the handling of information assets or using cloud services and similar external services, the Company confirms the necessary security level and manages such services appropriately based on contracts, rules, and other measures.
6. Incident Response
   The Company endeavors to prevent information security incidents. If an incident or suspected incident is identified, the Company promptly confirms the scope of impact, investigates the cause, reports and notifies relevant parties, and implements recurrence prevention measures.
7. Continuous Improvementz
   The Company continuously reviews and improves its information security management system in response to changes in the business environment, technological environment, laws and standards, and risks.
