Notice of Security Policy Revision

As of June 1, 2026, BOEL Inc. revised the Security Policy published on its website.
In this revision, we reviewed and reorganized the content based on the current operation of our information security management, information related to our ISMS certification, and the external services used on our website.
Main Revisions
1. Reorganization of the basic policy on information security
We reorganized our approach to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets handled in our business activities.
2. Review of descriptions regarding the protection of information assets and organizational structure
We revised the descriptions regarding the handling of information assets, access privileges, management of outsourcing partners, incident response, education, audits, and improvements, in line with our current operations.
3. Update of information related to ISMS certification
We reviewed the descriptions of our information security management system certification based on ISO/IEC 27001 and JIS Q 27001, including the applicable standards, certification number, and scope of application.
4. Reorganization of the Terms of Use page- To help visitors use our website with greater confidence, we also reorganized the Socialmedia Policy page and the Terms of Use page, including descriptions regarding published information, disclaimers, copyrights, prohibited acts, cookies, and access data.
